Price and Exchange Rates:

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. U.S. buyers will see the converted price in U.S. dollars at checkout, as currency conversion is handled by eBay, and we have no control over the rates.

For some items, we ship directly from our Canadian warehouse to our valued U.S. customers. There are no customs or duty fees for orders under $600 CAD; however, sales tax will be applied based on the buyer?s shipping address which is handled by EBay.

Shipping

Our standard shipping process involves dispatching your order within 1-3 business days of your cleared payment. Currently, we exclusively ship to USA Only. Rest assured, we always select the optimal shipping method for your specific destination, utilizing UPS / USPS for customers in the USA.

Returns

If you've mistakenly purchased the wrong item, please return it to us for a refund. In this case, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and initial shipment. We can only accept returns if the item remains unopened and still sealed. Our items are equipped with a security seal, and if this seal is broken, we cannot accept the item for a refund, return, or exchange.

We do not accept returns for items that have been tested, used, opened, or damaged. Be assured that we thoroughly test all items in accordance with the listing specifications before shipping them.

Please note that we do not accept returns for tester perfumes that we offer for sale.
